Terms of booking

All accommodation prices are per room per night based upon two guests sharing and include full English or Continental breakfast and VAT.

Single occupancy room rates start from £79 per night.

Reservations are confirmed at the time of booking and payment in full should be made upon departure by cash or cheque.

We are able to take credit card payments with all major credit and debit cards.

If a cancellation is received within 7 days before the day of arrival the full rate for the rooms will be charged unless we are able to re-let the rooms.

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. If guests require special arrangements, other than this, please contact us directly.

The Somerset has a double bed, flat screen television, wardrobe, tea & coffee and sink in the bedroom. There is also an ensuite bathroom with wet-room shower and bath.

The Cornwall is a good sized bedroom with a king size double bed, flat screen television, tea & coffee and ensuite shower room.

The Wiltshire is a twin bedded room with 3ft 6'' single beds, flat screen television, tea & coffee, an ensuite shower room and kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities).

The Dorset has a super king size bed, flat screen television, tea & coffee and ensuite shower room.

We regret that Heath Close is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

It is sometimes possible to accommodate dogs at Heath Close. Please contact us to discuss.

Heath Close has a no smoking policy. Smokers may however smoke outside and an ashtray is available on request.

Cars can be parked on the drive or under cover.
